can you imagine why I prefer like to all of subjects above, with many foreign companies which are I involve, during with my traineeship in many company such as PT TELKOM (Indonesia Telecommunication), PT Dwi Bina Utama (Fishery Company from Japanese Company), PT Minorco (Gold Exploration Company which is collaboration with Anglo American from England and Australia Company), KOH-LANTA Company (Adventure Line Productions from France which is movement in the Adventure Movie sector).
from that companies I learnt too much especially from them. I will explain little bit of my traineeship.I really say thanks to employees in Dwi Bina Utama Company especially from their General Manager Mr. Agus which is allow me to choose everything subject in their departments of company and Mr. Yamasaki San as the Leader of Engineering and Ken Ito san as the director which was taught me during my traineeship. Which I push myself to learn from them with limited time which is I have just 1 Month. I think back this is not about how long you to do traineeship as people regard that if you to do traineeship more that 1 or 2 year you become expert in your major. But it's about how you can handle the good time when arrive in you at there with good condition, understandable quickly in the new environment and take advantages of brilliant chance during your traineeship.
Common they are to do Import just 1 time from a year. So, I got lucky the day when I arrived at there they want to do import so I got knowledge to handle Import documents which was connected from many offices government. I very love my position just as an assistant but in my hearth I am not thinking about tired but I just thinking with the direct right line is "Precious Knowledge". At the moment I was in General Personnel Department so I handle correspondence letters, letter in and out, mutation of employees, recruitment, arrangement passport, and insurance. When I saw the schedule of the ship I knew that my chances were came. I run went purpose my General Manager to ask him about I want to join in Export-Import Department, he agree and allow me whatever I want to get the precious knowledge. I was very happy and I permit to my Leader in General Personnel Department to move in other Department.
The day when I was in Export-Import Department they regard me as a special guest because I was the only one woman in their department. I like to learn so that was way I asked them if they want me to arrange something I will to do as they want. First impression when I am in work in that place, it was nervous but I already have been traineeship so I was totally not afraid anymore. My work place was not in office but in outside of company, everyday I went to office Government to arrange our permit and request to make smoothly the import process documents. I went Customs Office Government, Pelindo, Pelni, Tax Office, and Bank. To arrange Export document I have to go to Healthcare Harbour Office Government, LLPMH Supervisor Office Government, and Customs Office, Tax office, Bank, Pelindo, EMKL, and Syahbandar office.

To handle Logistic this was happened when I got a letter request from the seaman. We have duty to direct order the things according with the list. We have responsibility to deliver the things and put in the ship. That’s a big of cake experiences which I have been experience in Dwi Bina Utama Company. I became Master more than one or ten books which is I have to read a long day which is not full describe and less explanation. I thanks to god because I have been got the best experience from that company. in the work place we can learn not only how to work but how to make good relationship with each other.
My experience when I done my traineeship in Minorco Company. The first time I got news from my aunt about that company the location place of company was very deep up the mountain. The company was from Australia branch and when I was there, I was very glad because I learn much things then I thought before. The administrations duties all of in English the way and they had procedures security and safety in English.
My traineeship in KOH-LANTA Company is France Company which was in the Adventure Film Productions, that experience when I was there that was new environment that was fantastic to me because the 99 % staff they were foreigner and the rest from Asia such as Japanese, Philippines and Indonesian include me. the way of work I was enjoyed because even though we were under pressure but I was happy because the way of work were match to me. not too much papers of work just handle request such as logistic people from France and arrange baggage, not too much administrative duty, and stay cool such as wait common from Leader from Raja Ampat Mr. Nichola which they might be hard worked because they have big shutting at there for the session "Survivor". one of my friend said to me that they never took a rest enough because they worked full time. And I was thanks to god because I work in the city and just worked with my laptop and stuck many invoices which were reported from Purchase Department. I very like that job then the other because I knew that one sector that makes me desire was only the sector of Movie so I hope that I can get job at there and learn much more in order I can rich in experience from different sectors of many Companies.
My last traineeship in the Rotterdam Harbour that is will be the second biggest harbour in the world and the main harbour in Europe. I hope that I will get value experience again when I'll be there. I wait the time and I wish that……..
